All deposits are non refundable.  A deposit will be required to hold a joey/hoglet until it is weaned and ready to go to their new forever homes.  If a buyer backs out of a sale at anytime, the buyer will forfeit the deposit. The only exception to this rule is if the buyer decides to buy a different joey/hoglet from Sugar-N-Spikes. Deposits are only refundable if we do not produce your glider after six months. After a deposit is made the paypal fees will be applied to the remaining amount, If you choose to use a different method no fees will be charged. If check is written it MUST clear before a joey can leave.

Policies may now be downloaded from our site. Just click the links and print, fill out the forms and return through e-mail or snail mail.

All of these are required prior to receiving your glider.

Shipping:

We will ship to legal states weather permitting.
The cost to ship a glider is $200. The price could change depending on the cost of the airline. We do not profit from shipping at all.

We require a health certificate at a cost of $50 on all joeys that are shipped.

For shipment of our joeys we offer insurance at an additional cost, if you choose not to purchase this insurance, then you may not hold Sugar-N-Spikes liable once the glider leaves our possession at the airport. The insurance is fairly cheap and covers up to the amount of $1200

Delivery:

The cost of delivery depends on how far the distance and how much the cost of gas is at the time.
